FOOD DAIRY!!!

Its been a long time since I have post food dairies here. The initial thought to write food dairies is always because I have finally decided to start a healthy diet, however from previous dairies if any of you have read any of them would know the food chain always end up to 5 meals a day and therefore I stop writing them cause im too ashamed to let people know how MUCH I really would eat. HAHAHA.

Well well, its a new year and as usual I finally set a date to start losing weight and ofcourse starting with a healthy diet. Starting from 14 March 2011, diet plan will commence, Im writing down the date here and if this diet/lose weight plan succeed I will know how long I took. Today is 16 March 2011 3.46am. My diet so far is not doing very well... Damn.

14 March 2011

Breakfast- Roti prata. HAHAHAHAHA DIET MY ASS. Well its breakfast so not too bad la!

So breakfast 1 plain prata 1 with egg together with curry and one milk tea with sugar...They say breakfast u should eat like a king. Im going with that theory.

Lunch-Rice with broccoli/egg tofu/potato and some gravy, my Mum bought it so forgot to ask her not to add gravy, the whole box of rice was so oily...haiz, so 1 box of rice with barley water, barley wasnt too sweet.

Tea break- Ate lunch at 12pm by 5pm I was so bloody hungry, but not dinner time yet so I drink a packet of Sweet soymilk. Not too bad I guess...

Dinner- Fried fish soup with eee mian together with Carrot orange juice. Ya I know its fried but its in the soup so I bluff myself to believe its not fattening at all.

After dinner- lotsta lotsta water.

Conclusion- Not too bad lesser than my normal diet...I use to eat 5 piece of prata, and fish soup with fried dumplings, so a good start...I think...WELL ITS THE FIRST DAY!

Ok Day 2- 15 March 2011

Plan to start exercise plan, but I woke up late, same reason as why Im still up at 4.05am writing this.

Breakfast- Ate at nearly 2pm so its brunch? Well I've plan a great healthy breakfast very proud of it. 2 piece of whole meal bread with olive oil spread, a big apple and a glass of reduce sugar soymilk and water. Very healthy right! After 2 hours I got hungry. Damn.

Then I went and visit my grandma for dinner, plan to buy vegetarian soup and nice healthy dishes, yet when I reach the market it was close for cleaning. Damn. Went to the nearby coffee shop to buy, end up buying those economic beehoon and noodles. Haiz diet plan all fall apart. Idiot.

So dinner I had fried noodles cause both my Mum and grandma refuse to eat them. Ate them together with fried tofu and chicken nuggets. After dinner I thought since this meal is already out of order, I went and bought a bottle of lemon barley drink and kinder surprise. HA.

Before dinner I ate two po piah and then my uncle pass me quarter of this tidbits, too shy to refuse I ate them too.

Conclusion- Goner, so much for my nice healthy breakfast. Idoit.

Well well at 4.19am now, I am extreme hungry but also very tired. Hope I can fall asleep and not join my Mum for breakfast at 5.30am.

Night! not exercising today(wed) too! Haiz.
